Tracy Thayer

Born in Southern California, Tracy Thayer joined BalletMet in 1996 following three seasons with Ballet Pacifica. She has trained at Milwaukee Ballet and the Ballet Conservatory, and with such teachers as David Allen, Danilo Radojevic and Axel Hering. Ms. Thayer, a recipient of the 2001 Violetta Boft Memorial Award, participated in Ballet Pacifica’s Choreographic Project for four years and has worked with Peter Pucci and Lynne Taylor-Corbett in the National Choreographers Initiative. The mother of two, she also holds bachelor’s degrees in communications and English literature.
