Jackson Prescott Sarver

Akron native Jackson Prescott Sarver, now in his second season with BalletMet, trained on full scholarships at School of American Ballet, Houston Ballet Academy and Chautauqua Dance Festival. He also studied at North Carolina School for the Arts and Nan Klinger’s Excellence in Dance, and was valedictorian of Tallmadge High School’s class of 2002. Mr. Sarver has performed as a guest artist with Charleston Ballet in West Virginia and Vevey Youth Ballet in Switzerland. His favorite roles include the lead in the second movement of George Balanchine’s Symphony in C, Prince Siegfried in Swan Lake and Albrecht in Giselle.
